How do we create new job opportunities and job market flexibility for disadvantaged citizens?

The challenge

The Danish job market is growing, and the demand for labor is increasing. Hence, it makes a great deal of sense to work towards a job market in which there’s room for people who are having a hard time reentering the job market. For many of the recipients of unemployment benefits or disabilities, unemployment is not their primary challenge, and they are not properly prepared to take on a full-time job. Regrettably in relation to this, the job market is primarily geared towards full-time employees. So how could one rethink the conditions of the workplaces in a way that may contain the diversity of society, and, consequently, employees who are at a disadvantage?
