Improve the collection of plastic prepackaging on construction sites
ROCKWOOL Intl. A/S: Improve the collection of plastic prepackaging on construction sites
On construction sites today, many of the necessary building materials are still delivered in prepackaged plastics. For instance, stone wool insulation is compressed via plastic prepackaging, as it cuts transport costs (by allowing more packages in each load). If plastic prepackaging were collected for recycling, it would be an environmental gain. ROCKWOOL Intl. A/S is seeking solutions able to ensure increased and higher quality collection of prepackaged plastic.
To the right solution, a partnership with ROCKWOOL Intl. A/S is offered in which the solution can be tried in practice at ROCKWOOL Intl A/S' 'Innovation Factory', as well as by actual carpenters on a construction site.
